The PSU Faculty of Science and Faculty of Medicine have conducted training for medical students specializing in various fields since 2012, cooperatively developing the advanced use of cadavers for increasing the practical expertise of medical personnel in order to reduce the risk of errors when operating on actual patients. In 2015, this cooperation has resulted in the establishment of the PSU Cadaveric Surgical Training Center, with the potential to support realistic surgical training at both national and international level.

The latest upgrade through the two faculties’ cooperation with Medtronic (Thailand) Co., Ltd. will increase the Center’s ability to create a better training experience and medical expertise by the latest in international technology standards, fulfilling the need for a wide variety of cadaveric surgical training both at home and abroad.
