A distinguished delegation from Kanazawa University, led by Prof. Koetsu Yamazaki, President, and accompanied by Prof. Dr. Yoshio Otani, Vice President for International Affairs, and his team, paid a visit to PSU from 22-25 August 2017 in order to participate in a MOA signing Ceremony and discuss on the expansion of the academic collaboration between the two universities. The MOA Signing Ceremony was held on 22 August 2017 at PSU Hat Yai Campus. On this occasion, the honorable delegates from Kanazawa University had a chance to visit the PSU Faculty of Agro-Industry and Faculty of Natural Resources and attended three special presentations from PSU researchers on seafood research, aquaculture and fisheries, as well as aquaculture and disease. Their visit at the faculties also included exploring relevant laboratories. The Kanazawa University’s team also extended their visit to PSU Trang and Phuket campuses to explore potential collaborations in tourism and other mutual interest area of studies.
